How to Backup with Php Admin
Step 1: Go to link https://mysql911.opentransfer.com/phpMyAdmin/
Login your username ninaerr_stella and password Stella123
Step 2: Select your file from left vertical menu. ninaerr_stella
Step 3: Select Export for Backup from horizontal menu above. Then click the GO button. A backup file will be downloaded. ninaerr_stella.sql. Then move this file somewhere you can find.
Step 4: Select Import for retrieving the backups. Choose File button and find the backup – ninaerr_stella.sql
